If are unhappy with your product for any reason, please email us at cavernsandcalicos@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Return the product to us in it's original packaged form for a full refund.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Please verify that your shipping address is correct before purchasing! We cannot replace or refund orders sent to an incorrect address that you provided.

Damaged Product
If your product has been damaged during shipment, please email us at cavernsandcalicos@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Include a description of the damages, and pictures if possible. This information is extremely helpful to us in making sure that our products are packaged and shipped properly. We will arrange for the damaged or missing products to be replaced.

Estimated Shipping Times
All orders are sent through the USPS.
United States: 1-2 weeks 
Canada: 2-3 weeks
Everywhere Else: 3-8 weeks
